Pilates & Fusion
Pilates and Fusion classes range from Level 1 to Level 3, with Level 1 for beginners and Level 3 for advanced practitioners.
Please note that clients with no previous pilates experience MUST attend a beginner pilates course before taking higher level classes.
Pilates is regularly recommended for people with back injury wishing to strenghten and rehabilitate. However, taking a class of a level beyond capability can seriously hamper this rehabilitation and can cause injury.
Mat Pilates

PreNatal Pilates
Many women find Pilates to be one of best exercises to do, both during and after their pregnancy. Pilates is great at building core strength. If your abdominals, back, and pelvic floor/Kegel muscles are toned, they will support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. As our classes are limited to 8 people, you can be assured of personal and safe tuition during this exciting time.
Post Natal Pilates
Pregnancy and birth can play havoc with your body. Often pelvic tone and abdominal strength seem to disappear altogether. Couples with back pain and tension in the neck and shoulders, holding and carrying your precious new bundle.
Pilates is a system of exercises specifically designed to address these problems. Engaging your core muscles of the pelvic floor and deep abdomen during pilates exercises, is a great way of developing tone again.
Pilates is also great for helping new moms get their figures back after baby is born!
Fusion Classes
Fusion gives you the stretch and relaxation and freedom of yoga. While targetting the core and technical strengthening of the body that pilates allows. During a fusion class we use yoga to warm up, losen and work on the endurance of the body. When warm we then use pilates to further work on endurance and stability within the body and joints. We finish using yoga to wind down and relax the body again. A great class full of variety.
